St. John’s River Water Management District has a Water Star^SM program.  It is a water conservation certification program for new and existing homes and commercial developments.

University of Florida in Gainesville certifies that our landscaping is Florida Friendly.  Our landscaping helps reduce water usage and limit the use of chemicals.
